Công ty TNHH MTV Tròn (“Tròn”) runs this website and the VoiceTranscribe app. This page explains what data each of them handles.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• The site is served through Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs.
• If you email us, we use your address only to reply.

VoiceTranscribe

• You sign in with Google. We receive your Google account name and email address.
• Files you upload are processed in your browser and sent to Google’s Gemini API to be transcribed. Tròn does not store the files you upload.
• Transcripts you save are stored in your account on Google Firebase. A transcript becomes public only if you turn on its share link.
• To delete your account data, email [email protected].
